Are there not a lot of energetic helpers on the other side helping these souls to figure out what’s going on and to go without human intervention having to help them go?

Answer

There are. Who, again, the soul itself or the energy itself or the memory—however you wish to understand that, understand this. Yes, in the moment of transition or nearing the moment of transition, there are many of a family member, friends, other spirits that do gather around and are there to assist.

But again, because the transition hasn't taken place, that soul can be reluctant in adhering to any of the assistance from the other side for a smooth transition. It can be just as stubborn as what the human was in the human form. And if that's the case, then that soul at the moment of transition, when it is needing to separate from the body, will not separate in a way in which it is pulled across.

It separates into the field, into the earthbound field. And at that point, there's nothing that the, as you say, helpers can do. The helpers are there bridging between the spirit realm source and the physical realm.

If the split takes place and it is pulled across, then everything is just as it should be. But if there's resistance or difficulty, then it will split the other way and it will be held here in this physical form, in this physical realm.
