Question

In the cases that a soul doesn't transition to source and sticks around, is that the soul's decision? And are there just a variety of reasons why it might choose to do so?

Answer

One, yes, it could be the soul's decision not to transition completely. Now, it will escape the body. Yes, the body itself is no longer needed. So that soul will, and as you say, stick around and be in it, in a location. Now there are other aspects as well, if the individual, one would say, has left unfinished business, meaning spirit-wise has left unfinished business. They haven't, within their human form, they haven't completed spirit or energetic business.

They've come into a life to complete a series of energetic or spirit-based business or contracts, and they haven't completed that. Once the body transitions, then that soul will remain behind to complete the spirit or the energy contracts. Now, don't get this confused by, let's say, karmic contracts or any of this. This is completely separate from that. These are things that that individual knows be done within the spirit energy while in human form, while in living form, and they haven't completed at all. But yet their body transitions, so their soul must stay behind, and they will complete that. And at the completion of that they will then be gone or taken back up. But they can't do it from the source point. No, they must remain here in this vibrational state so that it can be accomplished here on the plane of Earth.

Follow up

This also happens in the cases in which the body was murdered and they want to help solve it. Is that true?

Answer

For that does happen, yes. And there are a number of different circumstances of, uh, undue circumstances to the physical body that, yes, the spirit will stay behind. But here you have to understand that is more between the soul staying and this memory projection. It is a—it is an energy form. The soul has been taken up, but there is an energy form that is left behind to then interact with those that are trying to, you would say, yes, solve or figure out or understand the circumstances. And it will interact with those that are willing to receive it. So it isn't in a full, you would say, a full spirit form, but it is enough energy left behind, or an imprint of energy left behind, that can interact with those that are connecting to it to receive that information.

Follow up

Often it seems like some of the souls we encounter and we send to the light with Michael are sort of just confused or scared, or they feel like maybe they died with their family and can't find their family, or different reasons why they're discombobulated—not just trying to complete a soul contract.

Answer

This is correct. There are a number of souls that the, you would say, the human contract ran out before the soul contract ran out. And so this is where the confusion comes in. So if a family is together and there is a—a—a contract to be lived out, but yet a soul contract also to be completed, then if one is extinguished before the other, yes, it can leave the soul in a bit of confusion and not understanding how to complete what is necessary. They may search for other family members. They may be searching for an answer. They may be in a location that they feel locked into, and they cannot leave that location because of what took place. So yes, there are a number of different circumstances for the leaving behind of a soul or an energy or a memory framework.
