For will it impact your spiritual growth? Yes, any change in your human is always impacts. It doesn’t matter if you’re going into another spiritual aspect of yourself. It changes the previous spiritual aspect. So it is to understand this. Growth will continue as long as you allow it to continue. But this isn’t by chance that you’re entering back into the workforce. So you’ve grown spiritually. You’ve grown in your own awareness of self. You’ve grown in your own existence.

This introduction into the workforce is to carry that into the workforce. It is to carry that spiritual aspect of self into the workforce, to go into the workforce with a different perspective on existence, on your own existence, to support those that were struggling as you once were. See, many believe that once they awaken or once they step out onto their spiritual path, their growth, they must dissolve themselves from the current human activities. That is incorrect. That is when you should go deeper into those human activities.

You are there to change. All humans that go through a spiritual awakening that continue to immerse themselves in the human framework, in the human workforce are there to change from within. Then you have an equal balance of change, change from the outside and change from the inside. It is changing consciousness all along the way. It isn’t that you’re going to be doing anything to do this change, but what you’ll be more aware of, more perceptive of are the conversations. You’ll hear the words differently from those that are seeking, from those that are struggling, from those that are exploring. And that is the moment at which you begin a conversation because you have the tools now to move forward.
