What can I do to minimize the side effects of medication?

Question

A participant is taking some medication and he is experiencing some side effects.  What can he do to minimize the effect of that medication and have his body absorb only what is needed?

Answer

You have already built the relationship with the medication. Now it is time to explore the medication itself.  Meaning, as you begin to processes, prior to ingesting, visualize the medication being broken apart in fragments and only the fragments that are needed are the ones you will activate.  The rest will be dormant.  Then, reassemble and ingest.  So, as simple as being broken apart into fragments, identifying the different pieces that are appropriate for what is needed physically, and the rest—turn them off.  Close the medication and ingest.  It is just that simple.
