Last night we were talking to a group of galactics, and they were explaining to us about this incursion between the reptilians and the greys in 1960. They said that they were having a territorial dispute over an outpost. Can you tell us about these outposts? Do they still exist, who runs them, and why was there a dispute?

The outpost, there's—you have to understand those as being—yes, they surround all planets. Yes, you have a number of them that surround the Earth planet. Now, what are they? Think of them as a, um, they are a craft of sorts. They are more of a stationary orbiting structure. Now, can you observe them? Not directly.

Now, many have witnessed aspects of anomalies through telescopes, through observations of the night sky, of different, you would say, light anomalies in the sky. This is reflective points. Now, are they shielded from observation?

No, but they are placed in a way in which from the natural observatory of Earth, looking out through telescope or through your eyes, they would look as if it were just a shimmer in the night sky. So you might think of it as an atmospheric anomaly. This is an outpost, a structure.

Now, how big are the structures? They vary in size. Now, they're there to allow different galactic beings, yes, an observation point of human existence on the planet.

They were there around Mars. They're there around all the different planets. The Galactics, as you understand them, are the ones that brought humanity into existence, as you understand it, from your origin story.

So, yes, it is to observe humans. Many of you that have a Galactic alignment on a council, many of these councils take place within those outposts. So many of you are familiar with sitting on a council.

Well, you are now understanding it as being within a outpost. Yes, there are craft that come and go. They share different galactic beings, share the responsibilities of what are to take place.

And yes, this particular instance, yes, there was a territorial dispute. It's best to understand that, yes, there was an overlap of responsibilities and neither one to take responsibility and so forth. They were disputing that understanding.

And yes, the ensuing craft incursion above your United States and it's a crash site. So yes, these are all different aspects. Now, this is not the first time that this has taken place.

This does take place, not frequently, but it does take place over time.

Now, I thought, whenever we talk to our Zeta on a ship, there are lots of galactic beings on that ship, and they pride themselves on how well they get along, and that we should model ourselves after them getting along, even though they don't necessarily like each other. So evidently, that's not the case.

Answer

You have to understand that the closer in density that you get to the Earth planet—you have to understand it as, in a way in which the further you—you trend, transit from the planet, the higher in density you can remain. So the outposts, yes, are going to be in the fifth, into the fifth dimension, even some in the sixth dimension. But in that fifth dimension, in that density, it isn't to understand that there is emotion. It is just that there is energetic tension when the responsibilities or understandings of what, just as you as humans understand your responsibilities with one another.

If those responsibilities become skewed, you have tension with one another. Now, how you resolve that is how you resolve that. How they resolve it is how they resolve it.

It is an understanding that at that dimensional level is not too far displaced from your dimensional level. So they have these awareness aspects, but there is no emotion. And it is just a dispute between responsibilities of knowing what should be done and what should have been done.
