Question

You were talking about how the councils meet in those outposts on occasion. When I was channeling for the origin story, I was envisioning through visualization process a big conference table with a big glass wall out in space somewhere. And that conference table is where I met each of the 12 as I interacted with them and we brought forth their transmission. I just imagined it was a craft out in space somewhere, but was it an outpost?

Answer

Many of the interactions were taking place on outposts. Many of the interactions were actually taking place on mother craft themselves.
