A friend of mine would like to know if the surgery she had, worked, and if she needs to have a second surgery.

Yes, yes, the surgery has taken effect. The surgery was one that was needed, but understand that the physical form here on earth may require physical interventions to be healed of the physical things that take place here on this earth. Surgeries are one way of doing this but there may be other ways and means to progress through another layer of taking care of the things that have been damaged by being here on this planet. What needs to be known is to seek within, understand yourself from an energetic level that is seeking greater information. This greater information will then lead to greater path of knowing what needs to be done to fix other things that may be in place with what you have in your physical body. Unfortunately, it is not of the Collective to provide specific means of fixing the things that take place within the human form here, because it is an individual being that is here holding space and holding energy on this planet. None of the energy is of a collective. This individual energy, then, can be tapped into by the collective and provided information that way. Seek the collective and seek within. That is the knowledge that should be brought forth for all that is seeking.
